Thibrh Service Provider Subscription Terms

1. Parties

"Thibrh · Property & Operations Platform" ("Thibrh") provides this service. It is operated by Thibrh Company (Arabic: «شركة ثبره»), a single-person limited liability company, Unified National Number 7054689513, national address Riyadh, Al Rimal district, 13436 (the "Operator"). The subscriber is a service-provider business that pays the subscription; whoever pays on its behalf confirms they are authorized to do so.

2. The service and its limits

The fee is a "Property & Operations Platform usage fee" for what the plan page shows before payment. Thibrh is a neutral platform that brings parties together. It is not a party to what a provider agrees with its clients, and it does not guarantee requests, accepted offers, work, clients, or income. A subscription does not replace the business's own licences and eligibility requirements from their issuing authorities, and it does not mean government approval.

3. Price and receipt

The Basic plan (Arabic "أساس") is SAR 450 and the Professional plan (Arabic "مهني") is SAR 1,200, each for one year. This is the total you pay; nothing is added to it. There is no free trial and no discount. You pay once through Moyasar. The paid invoice page at Moyasar remains your reference for the payment, and you may request a receipt for the amount from info@thibrh.com, which we send within 3 working days. By paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

4. Term

The subscription starts when payment is confirmed and lasts twelve months. It does not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again. It ends when the term ends; to continue, you choose to buy a new subscription.

5. Cancellation

Before payment you have no obligation. After payment there is no renewal to cancel, and you may ask to end your subscription at any time by a request that the business's manager sends to info@thibrh.com from the registered email address, or that states the business's registered mobile number. Ending stops the service, creates no further fees, and any refund follows the refund section.

6. Refunds

a) Within 7 days of payment confirmation: on your request we refund the full amount, with no conditions.

b) After 7 days: no refund for the elapsed or remaining term, unless the service could not be provided for a reason on our side or we ended it without a breach by you, in which case we refund the remaining term pro rata.

c) Duplicate payment: if you paid more than once for the same subscription, the subscription stays one year and is not extended, and we refund the extra payment in full without your asking.

d) We answer a request within 5 working days and start the refund within 7 working days of approving it, to the same payment method through Moyasar. When the amount appears depends on your card issuer.

7. Payment data

Moyasar processes the payment on its own page under its own terms and policy. Moyasar may show us the masked card number and the cardholder name, but we never see the full card number and we do not store card details; we receive only the payment confirmation, the amount, and the transaction identifier. Other personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We publish any change as a new version with its number and date. A change does not alter the price, term, or refund rights of a subscription already paid, and applies to new subscriptions.
